Did you know that by eliminating certain foods from your diet, you have the potential to increase the length and quality of your life, reduce inflammation and arthritis, treat asthma and congestion, eliminate or improve gas and bloating, improve digestive regularity, boost energy levels and look and feel better all around?

Here you will discover how to identify foods that create stress or inefficiency in your body, and how to identify those that your body responds well to, so that you can ensure that your diet creates vibrant health.

We live in a society where we have access to a larger variety of foods than ever before. Our foods have been imported from all over the world, most processed, some modified. This huge range of new food can be pleasing for the taste buds, but hard on the body.

We all have different body types, and very unique constitutions.  Different foods affect each one of us in a different way, for better or worse.

Food allergies occur when a certain food is identified by the body as a pathogen, and triggers an immune system response, affecting often the whole body. Food allergies can be very serious, even life threatening. Reaction is experienced directly after eating the offending substance.

Selbom are food allergies tested at the doctors office.

Food intolerances on the other hand, can develop slowly over time. Food intolerances do not involve an immune response, and therefore are not immediately dangerous or life threatening.  However over time, the cumulative effects of eating foods you are sensitive too, can result in overall poor health and a poor quality of life.

Natural or artificial components of food may both be culprits in causing intolerance. Although we know most people are to some degree intolerant to dairy, gluten, and many preservatives - many people are also intolerant to healthier foods - something as simple as apples maybe causing you excessive gas and bloating.

Symptoms that you experience on a regular basis, and most likely have learned to live with, may be a consequence of eating foods that cause stress or inefficiency in your body.

Symtpoms of food intolerances include: digestive irritability, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, skin irritations, rashes, exema, acne, asthma, congestion, headaches, fatigue, sluggishness, rosacia, nutritional deficiencies, arthritis, joint pain, inflammation, edema.

Identifying foods you are sensitive to, and eliminating them from your diet, has the potential to transform the way you feel.

There are a few ways to identify food intolerances:

  1. Elimination diet. Eliminate everything from your diet, and live off of an extremely basic, lean meal plan.  Slowly integrate new foods into your diet, one by one.  Keep a journal and note how each new food affects your body and energy levels. Eliminate those that have side effects, and eat more of those that make you feel good.
  2. Medical diagnoses. Doctors and medical labs can provide testing for foods that cause allergic reactions, because they create an immune response in the body. However identifying food sensitivities can not be done through traditional medical testing.
  3. Electro-Meridian Body Scanning makes it possible to test sensitivity and intolerance to over 500 different kinds of food. When you book a session, bring with you a list of all of the most common foods in your diet. The analyst will provide you with a report documenting which foods cause stress or inefficiency in your body. Foods that your body has a strong positive response to will also be documented. Keep the report for reference and eliminate all foods which have an adverse reaction on your system. We will provide you with a protocol to help correct those food sensitivities. If you follow the protocol we provide you with, you will be able to view improvements when you re-test at a later time.

The good news is, the healthier you become, the more tolerant you will be to a wider variety of foods. So even if you are now intolerant to certain foods, if you work on making your body stronger and healthier, in time you may be able to eat small quantities of those same foods without negative reactions.
